Plans & Pricing Overview PresentDoc offers flexible subscription plans designed to fit different business needs. - To see the full details of your current plan, storage limits, and pricing, go to your Billing page: Dashboard → Settings → Billing - From the Billing page, you can: - View your current subscription plan - Upgrade or downgrade your plan - Add extra storage / user add-ons - Review invoices and payment history - All plans include secure document management, signature requests, and team collaboration features. Cancelling your account & data retention

Cancelling Your Account If you wish to cancel your PresentDoc account, please contact our support team directly. We do not provide a self-service option to delete accounts from the dashboard to ensure your data is handled securely. You can reach us via: - Email: support@presentdoc.com - Chat: Use the chat support widget available in your dashboard (Billing page) Data Retention Once you request account cancellation, we will securely handle your data according to our data retention and privacy policies: - All documents, signature requests, and personal information associated with your account will be deleted upon request. - Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Important Notes: - Make sure to download any important documents before contacting support, as data deletion is irreversible. - If you have an active subscription, cancelling your account will also stop future billing.

Storage limits & add-ons

Storage limits & add‑ons Storage limits Each plan includes a storage quota. Storage usage counts: - Uploaded documents - Signed PDFs - Attachments - Generated previews What does not count Usage data, logs, and standard metadata are excluded from storage quotas. Add‑ons You can increase storage with add‑ons. Add‑ons apply to the workspace immediately after purchase. What happens when you exceed limits When the quota is reached: - New uploads may be blocked - Existing documents remain accessible - You’ll see alerts in your workspace Reduce usage - Delete unused documents and drafts - Remove old attachments - Export and archive outside PresentDoc

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

Upgrading or downgrading your plan Overview If you need more features just want to change your plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time from the Billing page in your account settings. How to change your plan 1. Open the app and go to Settings → Billing. 2. Select a new plan than click on Upgrade Plan. 3. If you don't have an active plan you will be redirected to checkout 4. If you have an active plan, a estimation dialog will apear and if you confirm it, a payment will trigger. 5. If the payment fail / needs 3D secure authentication, you have to enter in "Customer Portal" (The button near "Upgrade Plan" button) 6. In Customer Portal select the invoce cu status "open" / "failed" / "require action" and than continue the payment flux Billing & proration - Upgrades take effect immediately; you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. - Downgrades also take effect immediately.
