Cancelling Your Account

If you wish to cancel your PresentDoc account, please contact our support team directly. We do not provide a self-service option to delete accounts from the dashboard to ensure your data is handled securely.

Data Retention

Once you request account cancellation, we will securely handle your data according to our data retention and privacy policies:

  • All documents, signature requests, and personal information associated with your account will be deleted upon request.

  • Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


Important Notes:

  • Make sure to download any important documents before contacting support, as data deletion is irreversible.

  • If you have an active subscription, cancelling your account will also stop future billing.
