Storage limits

Each plan includes a storage quota. Storage usage counts:

• Uploaded documents

• Signed PDFs

• Attachments

• Generated previews

What does not count

Usage data, logs, and standard metadata are excluded from storage quotas.

Add‑ons

You can increase storage with add‑ons. Add‑ons apply to the workspace immediately after purchase.

What happens when you exceed limits

When the quota is reached:

• New uploads may be blocked

• Existing documents remain accessible

• You’ll see alerts in your workspace

Reduce usage

• Delete unused documents and drafts

• Remove old attachments

• Export and archive outside PresentDoc
