Data controller vs. processor

Your organization is the data controller. PresentDoc acts as a data processor and only processes data according to your instructions.

Data residency

Data is stored in the region configured for your workspace (if available on your plan). Contact support for regional availability.

Sub‑processors

We rely on vetted infrastructure providers to host and deliver services. Sub‑processor lists are available on request.

Security measures

• Least‑privilege internal access

Data subject rights

You can export, update, or delete personal data. Requests can be handled by workspace admins or support.

Data retention and deletion

Retention follows your plan and settings. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal or billing requirements.
